Oh great.  I see that they carry it at a small market down the street and also at Whole Foods 1/2 mile away.  I try to remember to get one when I'm out walking today.

Iced tea is my fave and i've always liked it unsweetened. so i am glad its spring and i can stand the cool drinks now. thats what i do. plain water goes down ok but the tea seems to go easier. there are so many kinds you can find most anyting. i like a mint tea but mostly just do a plain instant tea. Hope you find some good options. diane

I've never had that problem...I was a water guzzler before and I am the same way after. I've always drank tons of water, but I've NEVER liked sipping on a glass of water. I usually swing by the fridge and gulp a cup or so of water every hour at least, but it is nothing that I've ever kept track of because I drink plenty.

water doesn't hurt or sit heavy but it sure doesn't taste very good.  I will look  at the Hin****er you suggest but I don't like to drink any "sugar free" sweeteners.

I really need to get busy and make some herbal tea, maybe with honey, and keep it iced in the fridge.

once upon a time I had a group to talk about Binge Eating Disorder, and later one about Clean Eating.

PM me if you are interested in either of these.

That's one of the things I liked about it, it doesn't have any sugar free sweeteners and yet it tastes great.  Not sweet, just refreshing.

I saw something about this on tv the other day. A mom concocted it for her kids who didn't like water.

Have you tried putting a pitcher or water in your fridge with slices of cucmber or watermelon? I've done the cucmber one and liked it a lot.

Thank you for the idea.  That would be a lot cheaper than the hin****er.  I am really liking it though, maybe I can use it as a treat but try the cucumber water at home for regular drinking.  Really good idea.

I have a hard time with plain water as well.  Yeah it doesn't taste good to me anymore, but I really have a hard time getting it down.  not really sure why though.

I do the fruit and stuff in a water pitcher...citrus fruit and mint seem to work well for me.  it's very refreshing.

Yea....water doesn't go down so good anymore.

I love Hin****er.  My SIL brought some down from South Dakota and let me try it.  I loved it!  She needed to buy more to stock her camper with, they were on a big trip.  So, we looked for it here in San Antonio and never found it.  We called a bunch of places, went to the hint website...nothing...I'm so sad.  I still look for it when I an out and about.  We don't have Safeway either.  You would think that I could find Hint here in a big city......but nooooooo!!!!
