When I went to France last summer, I took individual packets of Chike Protein powder, as well as individual packets of Bodytech Dutch Chocolate Protein Pudding.  It was easy to take them places and they packed flat in my suitcase. The only thing I needed was my shaker cup which always comes in handy anyways.  I've flown many other times since surgery and alway pack it right into my suitcase.  I generally pack protein bars for airport/flight foods.  I'm thinking about packing some Oh Yeah RTD for my upcoming trip to Spain so that I can just stick them in the hotel fridge in case I need added protein to the food that I will be eating. These days I'd rather get my protein from meat, particularly when away from home so that I don't feel deprived of sampling other foods.
