105 today.  That means I am down 1.6 lbs. in two days.  I will take it.  My hope is to be back around 103 ish by Wednesday of next week.  That's another 1.5 lbs or so.  I think I can do it.  Yesterday I did something a bit new, I was a little more hungry than I anticipated at night, and I had already had my three meals for the day.  So I took some Shiritaki noodles, the ones with no calories, and added two tablespoons of my husbands meat sauce to it.  I normally am not a fan of Shiritak noodles because I think we need the room for healthier foods, but in a pinch, late at night, they worked beautifully to curb my hunger with very little damage.  Everything has it's place I think.  I will go and buy some artichokes as per Sublimate's suggestion.  That would be an even more elegant solution to the night hunger problem.

It feels so good to know that when I get back from a vacation in which I gained 10 lbs, that I know EXACTLY what to do to work my sleeve to loose the weight. I cut out all carbs (Except for milk and fruit) and have kept my calories around 700 a day (temporarily) and I never feel deprived (well, except for the first three days when I was getting rid of the carb monster)

Yippie for my sleeve! My 2 year anniversary was yesterday and my husband was kind enough to give me a card for the occasion! Awww, too bad hallmark doesn't make Sleeve Anniversary cards! ha


5'5" and a size 0!!! Woohooo!
