LizBet would telll you YES its just as fabulous without the wheatgerm because her Trader Joe kind doesnt have the eggs or the wheat germ and, well - as you can see, she enjoys it mightily!  :}

That's funny about your shoulders.  The same thing here after I have friends tossing sparkle eggs into my trees for spring fling, the next day they are all achy and fussing about their back and maybe sleeping weird until I tell them its cuz they were trying to fling the eggs waaay uuuppp high!!!  :}

*edit to add - BUT THE HAVARTI IS KEY!!  :}

So, what is the difference between the organic naturally more and the regular (beside the obvious...organic)

I am having trouble finding the ingrediants for the regular. I have the organic in my fridge and it does not have egg whites in it. This is the ingrediants for the organic:

peanuts, flax seed and cane juice.

Huh...

regular is dry roasted peanuts, flax seed, wheat germ, sugar (used to say cane juice), egg white.

What are the stats?

Stats for regular are 200 cals, 15g fat, 15 mg sod, 6 g total carbs, 2 g fiber, sugars 3, protein 10.

Could they not find organic eggwhites and wheat germ I wonder?  Weird!
