Random Thoughts:  
- Yesterday was a bad day. I grazed and had a great dinner at one of my favorite resturants. Looks like I paid the price. At least I had a good time. Have to cut out the Grazing.

- My Dr. is having a bariatric expo this weekend. I voluenteered. Was hopping to be 155 pounds down for the event. Guess I'll have to settle for 150.

I weighed 126.8 lbs. this morning.  Yesterday was a very stressful day and I ended up grazing all day.  I ate more almonds then I care to admit.  I need to get past the whole soothing myself with food thing when life is stressful.
Highest weight ever recorded: 224lbs.    Surgery weight: 194 lbs.
Goal range:  130-135 lbs.
  Lowest:119.7   Current weight 142lbs Height: 5' 2" almost

Wish that expo was in Manhattan as it looks great...LI is a haul. :)

105.6 this morning.  Well, at least it is better than yesterday.  I am down .8 of a pound and heading in the right direction. I would like to lose another 2 lbs. through eating cleanly.  I had a great eating day yesterday and am off to a good start this morning.

121 today. Hmmm, where did that pound come from. Did some grazing yesterday though all on healthy stuff and quite a bit of peanut butter. But still no where near enough to gain a pound. must be fluid from salt. Not gonna worry.   Diane

164lbs today - managing to maintain despite adding in some more carbs (fruit and 1 slice of bread per day) as per my surgeons guidelines * Still shooting for 150g's of protein per day and 3 litres of water and most days am reaching this goal - with the help of a bottle of Isopure most days (40g's of protein).

* Am recovering from plastic surgery.

135 today so back in my allowed range. Lost 3 lbs over the past week and want to lose 2 more to get in the middle of the 130-135 range to give myself a little more wiggle room. Currently under my cal goal for the day even with my Light Jose Quervo Margarita in the mix
