Yup, that's what I do when the scale goes up.  I only do this for a few days to get things back where I want it.  It is not all that hard for me as long as I drink like crazy and it is at the start of my cycle when I am naturally less hungry.

You know it is funny how TOM comes and I seem to lose a pound or two. Do any of you do that around that time? It certainly was NOT like that before wls. Interesting.

Lucky you.  I never lose any weight with TOM.  I'm lucky if I can stop myself from eating the entire refrigerator whole...and maybe spitting out the power cord and the handle.  Ha HA

Thank you.  It was delicious.  It's a mainstay dish for me.  I make it several times a week.

Busy and stressful day yesterday.  I started out great but crashed at night!

B - EAS Low Carb Protein Shake
S - Lots of coffee
S - EAS Low Carb Protein Shake
L - Beef Jerky 2 oz
S - More coffee
S - EAS Low Carb Prtein Shake
S - More coffee
D - PF Change beef and broccoli; 1/3 cup rice
S - peanuts
S - small piece of plain butter cake (no icing)
S - ice cream sandwich (it was a small one)
S - Snapple diet peach tea

Lots of water through out the day.

I was too busy yesterday for regular meals and today will probably be the same.  The plan is to fix a shake right after dinner tonight, have it setting there, and have to fini**** before I can have anything else.  That should take care of the misc grazing.  I hope.
