You know Elina, I have the same crap EVERY month during my period. I always put on about 2lbs of water weight from the first day of my period till I ovulate. Then as soon as I ovulate, the weight just falls off. I start peeing a lot more. Then for those 2 weeks I sit at my lowest then period comes and same ole, same ole. I'm used to it now and don't sweat it because there is absolutely no change in eating and I don't drink adult beverages. So I know most certainly it's all fluid. It used to worry me a bit, but not anymore. God it takes a long time to figure out your pattern!
