Good Morning Everyone.  How's the weekend going?  We're all going easy on the Twinkies I trust.
How'd that scale look today?

I saw a new number today.  125.9 lbs.  I don't know if it will hold, but it's always nice to see a new number.  I wasn't surprised, since I could "feel" myself being a little thinner.  You know what I mean.  I didn't exercise much yesterday, just a mile walk at the Cape May Bird Sanctuary with my DH, who's trying to get used to using a cane.  Hope you all have a great Sunday!

That is great Marie.  What is your ultimate goal?  In other words, if the number drops below a particular weight, when would you consider it a bit too low?

I am still at 104.8 this morning.  I have had a very odd two weeks, my period just didn't happen and that is very unusual for me.  And no, there is no chance that I am pregnant.  :)  But the water weight keeps playing with my mind.  I really don't know what could be causing this.  Could this be pre-menopause?  It would seem to early to hit it at 40.  Hmmm.

Good morning Elina.  As to my weight, that's a good question, I'm not sure what my lowest acceptable weight will be.  Part of me would like to see 124 lbs, since that would be a 100 lb. mile marker.  I'm not quite 8 months out, so it may go down some more.  I'm guessing that I'll settle around 118-124.  I'm happy right where I am though.
Now, your period.  I started peri-menopause around 40 years old.  Was done by 51.  So it could be.  Also having worked in Nuclear Medicine for so long, I've seen many 40plus women who were sure they could not be pregnant and low and behold...
I would proceed with caution.

I thought your post was interesting, because I had "felt myself being a little thinner" also for a day or two before the scale actually registered an approx 2 lb weight loss. It coninues to hold also on the day following. I do not have a digital scale, so it is hard to be precise, but my scale and I have gotten very close during this journey, and I would hate to part with it at this point.
I was very happy with my goal weight, but really wanted to be able to have my ticker say "below goal weight". I really envied that about other tickers, so I am very happy.

Wishing you all the best, Carol

But I also threw up today
, I think it was because I tryed to attempt, taking swallowing multi viatamins instead of chewable. My goal weight per md is 145lbs but i would be good at 160lbs.
