Daily Exercise Check In for Friday May 13th

It's Friday the 13th, you're not scared to exercise today are you????   We'll be OK.  Let's keep our promise to ourselves and get in shape!

I worked out with my weights for 20 minutes, walked only 1 mile.  I plan to ride my bike after dinner as well.

Highest weight ever recorded: 224lbs.    Surgery weight: 194 lbs.
Goal range:  130-135 lbs.

Rode my bike for about 45 minutes. Have no idea how many miles but it felt like a lot!! Today was day 2 with the bike and boy is my backside a feelin' it. Next couple of days will be great for walking because I'm havin' a little trouble sitting right now! Will be looking for a padded seat cover before the next ride. OUCH!!

1 hour walk today at lunch. No gym today. Walked around Costco pushing a very heavy basket. Is that considered exercise?
