Life Long Maintenance Plan Goals:   
1.  Be more mindful and have a PLAN daily:  I'm HERE and ready!
2.  Starting Weight
: 219.0 - Current Weight 216.8
3.  Plan my meals accordingly:  I have BARELY planned for today so we'll see
4.  Water: Drink a minimum of 100oz (3 Liters) today 
5.  Exercise: Steps goal 12,000 today
6.  Vitamins & Supplements: On target

30 Day No Weigh Challenge - Day 25 
Total pounds lost after 3 weeks = 2.2
Total Inches Lost after 3 weeks = ?? 
 

Mission Statement:
I will weigh weekly only on Sundays
I will measure and take pictures every Sunday


Long Goals:
To fit BACK into my size 12s.  
To reduce my waist to 38, my Hip/Butt to 45 and my Thigh to 24
.


Thoughts
- I'm disgusted that I won't be in Vegas at the Mother of all WLS meet & greets.
- Yesterday I did a Zumba class or rather a FAST aerobics class, which meets every Thursday until August 25th.

Hey sweetie,  well i was a bad girl today :o( had a bagel with pnut butter for breakfast,  and went out for Mexican food for dinner     oh well,  I feel great so i'm happy with that and i'm back to being good again.  lol    Still loving my kettlebells   :o)    Yeah i hear you on the meet up in Vegas,  i won't be there either   oh well  onward and downward   :o) jeani
