Eating a lot of sugar and carbs used to make me thirsty in the bad ole days. I wonder if cutting those out has cut your thirst?I tend to eat more highly-flavored foods these days, which make me thirsty after meals. Sometimes it's hard to wait the hour or 90 minutes before resuming drinking. For example tonite I had seared ahi tuna and mango salsa. I salted the tuna, but then crusted it with pepper before searing it. MMMMM!
OMG Yessss!!!
I have realized lately that I can drink ONE glass of crystal light all day long, but I constantly feel like I need food in my mouth. My mouth will be dry, my pee DARK yellow, but still I think "food" instead of "water." I've realized that I've been using food in place of liquids. I really thought it was just me!!
