PMS....PMS......sound the food alarms!!!!
The day was a bit carby and I lost my battle with the almighty almond, I'm OK with the cheese though because I used it as a condiment versus eating it as a stand alone food. Let's not discuss the 2 squares of chocolate.

L- 4 ounce ground chicken pattie, with a sprinkling on cheddar cheese.
S-0ne ounce of almonds, 2 squares of chocolate

D-chicken salad on a piece of gluten free bread, sprinkling of cheddar cheese, toasted in the toaster oven.......OMGosh..... It was really good.
