 Time to get moving!  Off the couch everyone, out of the fridge, time to reward our bodies with a little exercise.  What are you doing today to make you feel proud!


Highest weight ever recorded: 224lbs.    Surgery weight: 194 lbs.
Goal range:  130-135 lbs.

Only 15 minutes for me today.. it's been a busy day! I'll see if I can squeeze in some more after dinner.

Did my workout at Curves this morning. After missing almost 4 weeks while on my trip, my muscles are noticeably weaker when I work out. I'm back to my 3 times a week schedule so hopefully I'll notice improvements quickly.

1 hour walk today at lunchtime. No gym tonight...errands after work.

 45 minutes of intense cardio and weights.  Felt soooo good!  Who would have thought that I would look forward to working out!

30 minutes of cardio despite feeling like a sack of poop due to not near enough sleep. so I feel very proud!
