Life Long Maintenance Plan Goals:
1. Be more mindful and have a PLAN daily: I'm HERE and ready!
2. Starting Weight: 219.0 - Current Weight 216.8
3. Plan my meals accordingly: Got my meals and "snacks" planned for the day
4. Water: Drink a minimum of 100oz (3 Liters) today
5. Exercise: Steps goal 12,000 today
6. Vitamins & Supplements: On target
30 Day No Weigh Challenge - Day 24
Total pounds lost after 3 weeks = 2.2
Total Inches Lost after 3 weeks = ??
Mission Statement:
I will weigh weekly only on Sundays
I will measure and take pictures every Sunday
Long Goals:
To fit BACK into my size 12s.
To reduce my waist to 38, my Hip/Butt to 45 and my Thigh to 24.
Thoughts
- WOW we are in the HOME stretch of our challenge. I fell off for about a week and regained about 2 lbs, but NOW I'm not weighing until the end. So next Wednesday will tell the tale.
- I'm joining a Thursday night Zumba class. I have a "ride or die" homegirl and we' have a HISTORY of doing aerobics classes together since the mid 90's...this time it's great to be doing it weighing 200's. NSV for me definitely!! I rocked it at 300+ so I have NO doubt I'll continue to rock it!!
- Evening eating and head games. I was FULL last night after dinner, but it seemed every hour on the hour I "needed" to get something, some havarti, some peanuts, some tuna. It wasn't the BEST thing to do but I promised myself no matter what I ate I would log it. SOOOO although I ate and ate...it was Cal 1550, Protein 135, Carbs 45...so NOT to bad in the GRAND scheme...need to get a handle on it, but if I can focus on protein it's not to bad!!
