Any iphone techno geeks out there?
Just did some searching on the app store for my iphone for any good applications which would help me track my daily food intake etc (because of a post on the VSG board).
I found this fabulous one call Low Carb Diet Assistant - it isn't free but it is great!! You can track your water intake, calories, protein grams, carbs, weight, BMI etc etc. There is a huge database of foods and you can customise it too! It also graphs everything!! I think I may be in heaven!
Check it out iphoners!

I love myfitnesspal. com. I have tried every program available. Tiffany recommended this one 15 months ago and I've not used anything else since then. It has a fantastic database including every protein supplement you can imagine. It syncs from iPhone to my computer. When I open the program on my computer everything is there that I did on the phone. Great news is that it's also free.

I use Lose It! on my iphone (freebie). It's got my entire food history for the past 20 months or so.
