One of these days I'll be home on a Friday to participate.  The next 3 Fridays are out - we are heading to Des Moines tomorrow and the following Friday and then will be camping for the first time this year Memorial Weekend.  Can't wait for that!

Some people might not support my WLS decision. 
Those people remind me of slinkys. Not good for much but it would would bring a smile to my face if someone pushed them down the stairs.

Oh fudge I have to work at art gallery and pick up stuff and i think i am gonna miss this again. dang it. one of these times I will make it..

Made some great asparagus soup last night. steamed about a dozen asparagus spears, pureed them with can of chicken broth, added just a little half and half and skim milk, dash of white pepper, and the secret ingredient - juice of one small lime. It was delicious. And in my serving I mixed in a couple tablespoons of unflavored soy protein powder to add 15 or so g protein. could barely taste it and unflavored soy tastes fine in soups and such. Made this because my husband had a toothache and required mushy food.   So its a recipe to discuss. don't think it had more than 60 calories a cup.
