Attitude: Pissy because I allowed myself to fall off track

S: 1/2 cup sprouted almonds (not my trigger nuts so OK)

Exercise: Only 15 minutes , .7 miles.. will try to squeeze some more in after dinner.

I will be ordering those sprouted almonds though. Those seem to be OK.
