It's tiring being BACK on track...whatever you do STAY focused even if you are goal it's often a never ending battle for truth justice and the american way, lol.  Seriously it's a struggle, but I swore I'd never give up and I won't

LND:  Popeyes Leg & Thigh
LNS:  SF Popsicle

B:  Banana Nut Bread Protein Shake
S:  2 Slices Havarti
L:  4oz Meatballs; 1/2 cup Spinach
S:  Small Fuji Apple
D:  4oz Salmon; 1/2 Cup String Beans
S:  ??

Water:  Goal 4 Liters (3 so far)
Steps/Exercise:  12,445 so far; 30 Minutes on Stair Stepper
Vitamins:  Oh yeah
Attitude:  Pissy because I allowed myself to fall off track

First day w/o nuts or cheese.. done.

My plan:

B: 2 cups of coffee with almond milk and stevia
vitamins
16 oz water
L: 1/2 cup chicken salad
16 oz water
S: 1/2 cup chicken salad
16 oz water
16 oz tea
D: Pizza chicken
16 oz water
S: 1/2 cup sprouted almonds (not my trigger nuts so OK)
16 oz tea

Exercise: Only 15 minutes , .7 miles.. will try to squeeze some more in after dinner.

Attitude: Neutral

Start weight: 388, Current Weight: 185, Goal Weight: 180, Weight Lost: 203 lbs

Your welcome.  I'm trying to stay away from the nuts and cheese too.  They add so many calories.  There are so much better choices, and I am so darn addicted to those two things, especially nuts!!!! 

I will be ordering those sprouted almonds though.  Those seem to be OK.

Hey Miss Shell!  How are you?  I'm doing great!  Got over 9 months sobriety!  Life is so, so good!

S:  Gluten Free Granola and a small piece of chocolate cheese cake
D:  Market Broiler

Water, close, but probably make it!
Vits:  D & B12, gotta get some more multi vits
Exercise:  Nada (maybe take Bubba for a short walk tonight)
