Life Long Maintenance Plan Goals:   
1.  Be more mindful and have a PLAN daily:  I'm HERE and ready!
2.  Starting Weight
: 219.0 - Current Weight 216.8
3.  Plan my meals accordingly:  Got my meals and "snacks" planned for the day
4.  Water: Drink a minimum of 100oz (3 Liters) today 
5.  Exercise: Steps goal 12,000 today
6.  Vitamins & Supplements: On target

30 Day No Weigh Challenge - Day 23 
Total pounds lost after 3 weeks = 2.2
Total Inches Lost after 3 weeks = ?? 
 

Mission Statement:
I will weigh weekly only on Sundays
I will measure and take pictures every Sunday


Long Goals:
To fit BACK into my size 12s.  
To reduce my waist to 38, my Hip/Butt to 45 and my Thigh to 24
.


Thoughts
- Yesterday was a GREAT day...well except for the peanuts & craisins but overall I COULD have eaten worse
- I will focus on eating mindfully, whi*****ludes following my "meal" plan accordingly.
- Yesterdays' support group was very informational.  I learned MORE about taking b-12 and the intrinsic factor and drinking water and protein.  I'll be going again in 2 weeks I think

Check in - Done
Weight - Have not weighed but worried.
Meals - Planned...we shall see
Exercise - Pedometer on and counting
Vits/Supl - Done


Yesterday would have been perfect if I had not given in to the 1/2 peanut butter cup but thankfully it was the last one.  Today has been a good day meal wise, I just have to stay strong tonight.  I am doing a carb detox so grumpy and lots of head hunger.

Ms. Shell, Please share what you learned at your meeting about the B-12 and the intrinsic factor, water and protein.  I do not have a support group to meet with and learn what I can here.

hey sweetie,  checking in,  
haven't got on the scale so no idea what is going on there  :o(
getting my fluids, supplements,   exercise  yeah  i love my bells,  kettlebells are great 
eating?  so so ,  getting back on track   again  lol
