Yes i'm back and doing my kettlebells, i love them, i am losing inches and getting stronger all the time, i can really tell the difference. Kettlebells are the best exercise you can do. They burn fat and then they keep burning the fat even after you stop doing them for another 48 hrs. You should try them, i found out about them on youtube, i saw the exercises and i bought a bell and i just do the exercises i see that i can do. Some of them are for big muscular guys but they also have exercises for women. Sorry about you boyfriend, oh well you know what they say, they are like a bus, always another one around the corner :o) take care sweetie Jeani
Good morning, all!
Off to a decent start. I was very good last night at the ballgame, and we took sandwiches and avoided the junk food all together. That was a triumph. I also had a peek at the southwest chicken salad offered at the park, and it looks like a nice and yummy and healthy option in the future.
I really thought a lot about my comment yesterday about my own "normal." I don't want to diet forever and eat only things that I don't enjoy. That's simply not living. But, I am concentrating on finding a better balance when we travel and entertain and go to ballgames. It's an "all of the time" vacation almost, and I have to think of what it must be like for the folks who work on a cruise ship or at the ballpark. How do they find the balance? I need to do that too.
Baby steps. I lost last night, and that's a good thing. I'm on track for today, and I have a free night tomorrow for EXERCISE!!
