Life Long Maintenance Plan Goals:   
1.  Be more mindful and have a PLAN daily:  I'm HERE and ready!
2.  Starting Weight
: 219.0 - Current Weight 214.8
3.  Plan my meals accordingly:  Doing that NOW
4.  Water: Drink a minimum of 100oz (3 Liters) today 
5.  Exercise: Steps goal 10,000 today
6.  Vitamins & Supplements: On target

30 Day No Weigh Challenge - Day 21
Total pounds lost after 1 week = 4.2
Total Inches Lost after 2 weeks = 5.25 
 

Mission Statement:
I will weigh weekly only on Sundays
I will measure and take pictures every Sunday


Long Goals:
To fit BACK into my size 12s.  
To reduce my waist to 38, my Hip/Butt to 45 and my Thigh to 24
.


Thoughts
- Boy I'm so crazed with eating but today I vow to end this challenge STRONG.
- I'm starting a 30 day gym membership tomorrow, so I'm praying for that to help get my metabolism ready to go.
- I'm currently reading the atkins induction just to SEE how it varies from my "normal" diet and so far NOTHING new so I feel better just knowing I'm on target.
- These last 10 days Imma rock them...for myself and for my mom, whose death made me REALIZE how important my health is.

Sorry but I have been away for a week or so with work.  Have not weighed but have been eating like crazy and not the good stuff.  Getting back on track TODAY.

Check in....Done
Weight.......Not done  (forgot to measure)
Meals.........Planned for the day
Water.........In progress
Exercise....Pedometer on and counting
Vitamins...Done

My current jeans are fitting "tight" so I am starting back on EAS Low Carb Protein Shakes TODAY.  These last couple of weeks have been stressful at work with 17 hr. days and lots of "junk" available which I have used for my stress eating.  I know it is just an excuse but It is what it is.  I am back in control today and going to give it my best shot for the next few days to try and undo some of the damage before I weigh again.  Back on track!!!

Howdy!  It's been too long.  Work and a long vacation....sigh!  And, with that long vacation, a cruise no less, came unwanted pounds.  So, here I am back in the saddle. 

We leave again in three weeks, and we have gobs of Rangers games to go to in the mean time.  Something I've learned in recent days is I simply have a very active life, and I need to see this blessing as one that IS my normal.  I can't really afford to eat like I'm "on vacation" because we "vacation" almost every couple of weeks. 

If I stayed where I am, I'd never complain, but I know I have some pounds to lose, and I'm not trying as hard as I can.  So....

80+ ounces of water.....about 40 down thus far

Put the lid back on the carbs.......breakfast was carbfree minus the beans in my chili

Exercise:  only a quick 20 minute walk today, and this one will be hard since we have ballgames every night but one this week.  But, I am determined.....

Birthday celebrations will be over tonight!!! Its been a write off since last weekend. So, back at it tomorrow. I did have a few good days but, there were a few with alcoholic beverages too!!! LOL
