Good morning gang. I trust we all had a great weekend. I want to draw on a recent post (Elina) and make a suggestion. Let's not look at exercise like a chore. Let's look at this with a Thankful attitude. Let's rejoice that we are able to walk or bike or lift weights or whatever we enjoy doing. Let's be in awe at this wonderful body that's been lent to us for the housing of our Spirit. Let's recognize that it is truly a privilege to keep our mortal house in order!

thanks Marie for doing this exercise post. I am a miserable failure at it I guess because I don't do that much formal exercise. But I lead a busy life and any day now will be attacking my garden that got neglected during years of fatness. Look out weeds and snails!!! Diane

I walked/jogged 2 miles along with running the stairs at the outdoor amphitheatre. I honestly agree, you REALLY need to find something you enjoy doing. All my life I HATED to sweat and now for some odd reason I LOVE it!! Crazy huh??
