- This is what I get for taking off the weekend. The pounds come on quickly but comes off very slowly.

I'm trying to maintain as I'm recovering from my first bout of cosmetic surgery and have a second surgery planned in one months time, so my challenge is to eat to heal and recover and lose 5lbs if I can to get to goal (but that's not the be and end all I need to recover first).
So lets see how I go at maintaining between 155-165lbs particularly as I'm not cleared for any exercise except walking for the next 3 months and am still swollen from surgery.

Just for a moment my scale teased me and flashed by beloved 103.8 before it move up to 104. I even took off my necklace and tried again, but no, it's still really 104. :) I will take it. This means I am back down to mostly acceptable weight and I have lost the 1.6 lbs over the last few days. I really went hard core to do it. I have been eating between 600-800 cals a day for the past few days. This is much less then I normally consume. What I realized is that is is not at all difficult for me to "go there" as long as I plan my meals and maximize the lean dense protein and veggies. I was never hungry at all, quite the opposite. It is good to know that the tool still works and that I can use it at will. Thanks everyone for your support.
