Daily Exercise Check In for Saturday May 7
OK, I admit it, I missed yesterdays' post. I was just too darn lazy . So this is a new day, let's move it! Pick up those weights, put on those running shoes, dig out the treadmill. We will only help ourselves by exercising!
So far today, not including my time at work, I've walked 2 miles and did my dumbbell routine for 20 minutes. I rode my bike for 9.2 miles today as well.
