Daily Exercise Check In for Sunday May 8th

 OK, I know it's Mothers Day, but are you getting out and exercising?  Come on, move a little!  Pump some iron, ride that bike, whatever it takes! 

For me, I walked 2 miles with the pooch and rode my bike 40 min/ 9 miles.  Hey, I'm 55, if I can do it, so can you!!!
Highest weight ever recorded: 224lbs.    Surgery weight: 194 lbs.
Goal range:  130-135 lbs.
  Lowest:119.7   Current weight 142lbs Height: 5' 2" almost

I'm not taking a break today! I need to move so I can make up for some indulgences I had today!!

3-5 Miles walking (1-1.5 hours) just waiting for it to cool down a bit. We are still at 92 degrees at 6PM. LOVE this Texas heat, NOT!!

Wanted to take a break today but, convinced myself it was the right thing to do. 1 hour of interval training at the gym on the elliptical machine and 15 minutes of weight training. Going to try for more exercise this week.
