Life Long Maintenance Plan Goals:   
1.  Be more mindful and have a PLAN daily:  I'm HERE and ready!
2.  Starting Weight
: 219.0 - Current Weight 214.8
3.  Plan my meals accordingly:  Because of my YESTERDAY...Today my brain AND body wants CARBS wants to EAT so I'm TRYING to focuse.  I believe I will go our roach coach (you know food truck) and get me some bacon and eggs this morning.
4.  Water: Drink a minimum of 135oz (4 Liters) today 
5.  Exercise: Steps goals is 11,000 today
6.  Vitamins & Supplements: On target

30 Day No Weigh Challenge - Day 17 
Total pounds lost after 1 week = 4.2
Total Inches Lost after 2 weeks = 5.25 
 

Mission Statement:
I will weigh weekly only on Sundays
I will measure and take pictures every Sunday


Long Goals:
To fit BACK into my size 12s.  
To reduce my waist to 38, my Hip/Butt to 45 and my Thigh to 24
.

I agree Ms Shell,   i want to be part of the action   and for the first time in forever i feel i am again.   I just posted on yesterdays thread,   i'm on vacation this week but i'm really happy with myself,  i haven't been too bad.   I mostly have made good food choices other than the chocolate covered graham cracker i just had for breakfast,  oh well,  it was good and its done now so back to being good again.   I'm not getting all my supplements in,  i did bring them with me but i have been staying in a hotel,   then at my sisters,   last nite at my niece's   tonite with another friend,   tomorrow with my daughter so i'm not doing too well remembering to take them, but i don't think it will kill me as i do eat very healthy,  getting in lots of veggies these days.   so no getting on the scale until Monday,  i am getting in my water thankfully,  so will measure and weigh on Monday,  Take care :o) Jeani

life is short, better make it wide!!  and that means full of action, activity, joy and exploration not (just) full of food! 

no problem not weighing today. I think long term getting on the scale should be a once a month thing, maybe. I do not find daily as a good option for myself since small fluxuations don't seem to be related to what I know I need to be doing.  what I am interested in is long term, and as long as I'm not usually wearing elastic waisted pants, I know if I have put on any and I will not be taken by surprise.

today: blogged AM, did cario and some resistance, now sunning myself and reading a library book. life is very, very good.

once upon a time I had a group to talk about Binge Eating Disorder, and later one about Clean Eating.
