Daily Exercise Check In for Thursday May 5th
OK Gang, do we want firm arms? Nice butt? How about just feeling stronger! Well let's do it. Get out those dumbells, barbells, jogging shoes, whatever! What did you do today to make you feel proud!!?????
I rode my bike for 7 miles and walked the dog 2 miles, plus strength training. I'm off work today, so I have no excuse

30 minutes of cardio, done. I enjoy that.
coming up - couple of resistance exercises on my ball. no problem, I kind of enjoy that. still working on it.
the challange? how to get myself to stretch! arrgghhhh, I am almost 50 and tight and in pain sometimes:
