Here Here? Hear Hear?  not sure which is the correct spelling for this instance,  but i agree wholeheartedly,    I had such a blast.    It was so great to meet everyone, some people that i consider myself close to for some time now.   To me it is something i will remember and cherish for a long time.   It was so great to meet everyone,   the food was fantastic,  the clothes giveaway was great.   Three of us shared fajitas with left overs at the dinner,   too funny.   The drinking and dancing afterwards was just so much fun.   I took a week off and i'm still having fun  lol   visiting loved ones and won't get home until Sunday.   I'm so glad i was part of this and it is a memory i will always treasure.  Loved all of you.  :o) jeani

All I've got to say about this...I'm jealous!

Some people might not support my WLS decision.
Those people remind me of slinkys. Not good for much but it would would bring a smile to my face if someone pushed them down the stairs.

I would have driven that 7 hours to get to this event.  So many fantastic people were there.  I'm still sadly a little jealous.  It must have been the BOMB!!!

You said "curse of obesity"  that is a powerful and correct term to say the least. It really is a curse, but the sleeve is such a blessing!  Being able to live life to the fullest is priceless.

I wish I knew who every person in the pictures are.  I saw many that I recognized, plus Jen named some in her profile picture album, but many I didn't know.

I have to giggle about this:
"dinner out with four of us splitting one dinner entree (with some left over)."
The waitress must have thought you guys were world class cheapskates sharing one meal...LMAO!!!!  Did you leave a good tip????   I'm kidding of course, I'm sure it really wasn't like that......but I had to giggle.

I traded my health and appearance for cookies and sweets, and reverse  to get it back.
Wow. I never thought of it this way.  Great observation.

I'm so sorry to hear about your hand.  I hope it resolves and heals on it's own without the need for further surgery.  (((hugs)))

I really need to make it to some of our farmers markets.  I'll bet they have some good ones in Cali.  How fun and nice of Elina to take you.  I bet you two had fun hanging out together.

Yes, Jenchap and Sublimate are rock stars of the sleeve world for getting this event together.  I am so impressed!

I wish I could hike your endless trails.  That sounds like heaven.  I love to hike!!!!  You live in a beautiful area!

Thanks for posting this.  Fabulous read!

WOW!  I had no idea there were so many in the bay area.  I am from San Jose and my mom still lives in the area.  I will be visiting this summer and it would be so neat to meet up with those of you I read about and offer me such wonderful advice.  Were you guys at Vasona Park?

Yes, we were at Vasona Park and it was a beautiful day.  If you are ever in the bay area, let us know, we will have to plan something.

Diana, I had so much fun meeting everybody and getting to know people better.  I was on a high for a few days after this event.  I can't wait to do this again.  How is your hand now?  And I still want to see photos of your precious dogs.  I might have to take you up on your invitation to visit sometime soon, I think the kids would really love it and it is so much cooler their in the Summer.  I might just have to pack up the family and drive up.
