Life Long Maintenance Plan Goals:
1. Be more mindful and have a PLAN daily: I'm HERE and ready!
2. Starting Weight: 219.0 - Current Weight 214.8
3. Plan my meals accordingly: Because of my YESTERDAY...Today my brain AND body wants CARBS wants to EAT so I'm TRYING to focuse. I believe I will go our roach coach (you know food truck) and get me some bacon and eggs this morning.
4. Water: Drink a minimum of 135oz (4 Liters) today
5. Exercise: Steps goals is 11,000 today
6. Vitamins & Supplements: On target
30 Day No Weigh Challenge - Day 16
Total pounds lost after 1 week = 4.2
Total Inches Lost after 2 weeks = 5.25
Mission Statement:
I will weigh weekly only on Sundays
I will measure and take pictures every Sunday
Long Goals:
To fit BACK into my size 12s.
To reduce my waist to 38, my Hip/Butt to 45 and my Thigh to 24.
Thoughts
- Well today has NOT be good so far but I'm not going to beat myself up about it. Just need to get it together...and I will.

and, this is weird, my ever-green bananas? 2 of them have some yellow on them! it's been a month at least.

B: Protein shake -- check
L: 1-2 hard boiled eggs, 1-2 oz string cheese, a handful of carrot and celery sticks -- 1 each cheese and egg so far
D: 2-4 oz ground beef, 1 cup greens
S: 1 oz cheese
1 multivitamin and 2 calcium chews -- check
Exercise: 1 hour with the trainer after work
Weight 120.8 today, which is at the low end of the range I've been in for the past month or so and down 1.6 from yesterday! Woo-hoo!
Water: Goal is 64 oz -- 16 down so far
Mid-range goal: Keep calories under 1000 and carbs under 30 and take off the last 5-10 lbs -- whatever it takes to get the layer of fat off my back, chest and upper arms.
I have had a week of fun, but, it has been with high carbs, alcohol and junk!!!...
My 40th Birthday is Monday!
I go back to work tomorrow...Thank goodness, my bank account is going downnnnnnnnnnn!
I did get good news, tax man said I was going to owe 2000, then the next day says surprise you will be getting 800 back, but, I owe it to them anyway, but, that bill will be clear.
Ok, I am just rambling, but feeling a little down about everything, I think!...It will get better (O:...Just a little bump in the road and heading into my 4th decade of life...Fab 40's, RIGHT?
