VSG on 09/20/10 with

128.3 this morning. OK by me, since I went on an almond binge yesterday

VSG on 06/30/09

104.6 today. Although it sounds high, I know that this is a normal water weight gain due to my cycle so I am not stressing about it at all. As usual, I will keep an eye on things.

VSG on 04/29/10

126.4, I did better last night with grazing. Kept filling up on water. Hopefully I can get in the 120 - 125 range. We shall see. Trying Zumba class for the first time tonight.

VSG on 04/29/09

130.2 today( same as yesterday) which surprised me cause I did eat some candy yesterday.

Can't seem to say no and the tax lady had a bowl of Hersheys kisses on her desk.

I hope if I kick up the exercise and watch my evening snacking, I can get below 130 so I would
have a little wiggle room.
