Daily Exercise Check In for Tuesday May 3nd

  OK, I'm sensing a lack of interest in this thread.  I trust we are all moving more and eating less!  I'll post it for a few more days, if no one is interested then...

I walked 3 miles with the pooch today (after working all day).
Highest weight ever recorded: 224lbs.    Surgery weight: 194 lbs.
Goal range:  130-135 lbs.
  Lowest:119.7   Current weight 142lbs Height: 5' 2" almost

Maybe folks aren't exercising? I was unable to exercise for a few weeks due to a family emergency, then prepping for the party this past Saturday. I've been down with a cold for the past few days, but going to try to get back to it tomorrow. That's why I haven't posted..no exercise!

Hey guys.  I have been going to the gym lately. My boyfriend is going with me and it's fun to do it together.

Today after work I walked 1/2 mile to the gym, spent an hour doing cardio & resistance...walked back home the 1/2 mile and am ready to


I find that exercise is a "head-hunger" buster for me. I just want to hydrate and sleep.
