Sick of meat
I'll get over it in a few days I'm sure, but for today I am SO SICK OF MEAT!!!!!
I'm taking a meat break for the next couple of days and going back to mostly protein powder with meat only once a day. Normally I love meat, but I have PMS and it's making me rage. haha
Do you ever just get sick of certain foods for a while? I'm even sick of my beloved cottage cheese. *sigh*

Girl, I'm the queen a protein powder right now. I so know where your coming from. Today, Ive had 2 eggs but 3 scoops (yes I said 3) of pp. I like meat too but it sits like a rock and the pp doesn't. I was on a Greek yogurt kick for a while, but got a bit tired of it. Trying to get 125gms of all food protein is next to impossible for me. Thank God I love shakes...been drinking them every day since 1999! : )

I used to looooooooooove my shakes but then I got so sick of those, too!!
Right now I'm on a proatmeal kick. I eat it 3 times a day and had to reduce the ratio of oats to protein powder so I can fit it in. I do 1/4 c. oats to 1 scoop powder. And mixing in pudding powder (banana! Yum!) makes it even better.
I made "sludge" with greek yogurt, almond butter, pudding and protein powder and it was so nasty. I need to try another combination. I'm not a huge greek yogurt fan. :(
It's just hard when I'm trying to get 130-150g of protein a day while also keeping my fat on the lower side (trying to cut differently than usual). Otherwise I'd tear up some bacon. lol
I think it's just the PMS. I really want chocolate and cheesecake and cookies and brownies. LOL

I do that too. For a while I was on a hard boiled egg kick. Well, sick of those now, too! I know soon I'll be totally sick of my proats and have to find something else. Nothing is really hitting the spot these days.
