Our Personal Goals & Check-In, Friday Apr29/11

Life Long Maintenance Plan Goals:
1. Be more mindful and have a PLAN daily: I'm HERE and ready!
2. Starting Weight: 219.0 - Current Weight 214.8
3. Plan my meals accordingly: Because of my YESTERDAY...Today my brain AND body wants CARBS wants to EAT so I'm TRYING to focuse. I believe I will go our roach coach (you know food truck) and get me some bacon and eggs this morning.
4. Water: Drink a minimum of 135oz (4 Liters) today
5. Exercise: Steps goals is 11,000 today
6. Vitamins & Supplements: On target
30 Day No Weigh Challenge - Day 15
Total pounds lost after 1 week = 4.2
Total Inches Lost after 2 weeks = 5.25
Mission Statement:
I will weigh weekly only on Sundays
I will measure and take pictures every Sunday
Long Goals:
To fit BACK into my size 12s.
To reduce my waist to 38, my Hip/Butt to 45 and my Thigh to 24.
Thoughts
- Going off program wasn't really worth it as the bagels were just NOT the best I've had so a waste...of course NOW I'm dealing with the triggers, but I have a plan and WILL eat accordingly
- I absolutely LOVE my fitbit in helping me be mindful of my steps. Everyday throughout the day I check it to see where I'm at and will WALK more to get those steps in that I've set for the day...LOVE it!!

isn't it great when you find exercise you can do? we are so set, Ms Shell, we are doing it! I just called up the store where my friend bought her punching bag and they have some coming in one week from today. I find that enjoyable and that is the way to go.
