Life Long Maintenance Plan Goals:
1. Be more mindful and have a PLAN daily: I'm HERE and ready!
2. Starting Weight: 219.0 - Current Weight 214.8
3. Plan my meals accordingly: Today will be an OFF day because I have a groupon for bagels and I will be enjoying them
4. Water: Drink a minimum of 135oz (4 Liters) today
5. Exercise: Steps goals is 11,000 today
6. Vitamins & Supplements: On target
30 Day No Weigh Challenge - Day 15
Total pounds lost after 1 week = 4.2
Total Inches Lost after 2 weeks = 5.25
Mission Statement:
I will weigh weekly only on Sundays
I will measure and take pictures every Sunday
Long Goals:
To fit BACK into my size 12s.
To reduce my waist to 38, my Hip/Butt to 45 and my Thigh to 24.
Thoughts
- We ARE 1/2 way there, missing Cindy but I pray she's still on track
- Yesterday I was a couch potato and enjoyed every single moment. I did take Billy Dee for a walk and ended up with about 5,000 steps
- Today I will be in carb heaven as I have a groupon for bagels. I will give MOST away but will enjoy them as well
- Slightly disappointted that I didn't lose more weight or inches BUT overall I am so proud of myself for doing this and making it this far BACK on track

Hey Ms Shell, you were missed at the meet up this weekend, omg i had so much fun
i'm really happy these days my current weight drum roll please 162 lbs OMG i'm so stoked
rocking these size 12 jeans i got from Patty love her what a doll
jenn took us shopping and i bought a size 9 junior skinny jeans lol i love it
so i'm on vacation this week oh o, hopefully i'll be good, so far i am (kinda lol)
doing my kettlebells making converts along the way 3 friends now have them too i showed everyone at the meet up i love them. i'm sure that is why i have lost 5 lbs in the past 2 weeks and lost inches too
i hope cindy is ok, i miss her too
so that's me checking in from my sister's house in San Francisco spent the day at the beach here yesterday walked for about 3 miles and it was gorgous here, kinda chilly today but i'm still recuperating from my weekend drinking binge lol

Ms Shell, I wish you weren't feeling disappointed at all - you have done wonderfully!
I continue to find that it is harder to not weigh as time goes on when I really didn't care when we started. the fact that my pants fit slightly better (not much, just a little) means if nothing else my exercise is balancing out my tendency to over eat.
on the whole, I am very pleased that not weighing means that I go into each day knowing it is OK to feel good (in a way that doesn't seem possible if my weight is "up") and that things are working out and getting better.
