Hey everybody.  It's so BEAUTIFUL in So Cal it should be against the law.

LND:  Peanuts & Craisins (snacking on them ALL day yesterday)

B:  Onion Bagel (so yum)
S:  1/2 Garlic Bagel (still yum but feeling bloated)
S:  1/2 Banana Nut Bagel (just DONE surprised I'm still awake)
S:  Coffee just NOW have room for anything else
L:  Split Pea Soup (I made it and it's YUM)
S:  ??
D:  Fried Chicken

Water:  Goal 3 Liters (1.5 Liters so far)
Steps:  Goal 10,000 (3,600 so far)
Vitamins:  ??
Attitude:  Can't wait for my mini vacation

B: 1 Boiled Egg, slice of 9 grain toast with butter and jelly
S: Rasberry Greek Yogurt
L. Grilled chicken with spinach, craisins, feta cheese, and almonds
S: TLC chewy granola bar
D: Grilled Chicken Breast with peas and a glass of skim milk (30 min. later)
S: ????? I know I will have something. Probably a veg. or fruit.

Ran for 30 minutes at a 5.5 mph, then worked out with trainer and worked on back and chest.

 B: Protein shake (25g)
L: 1/2 salmon fillet, green beans
S: Protein shake (25g)
S: Yogurt (0.5 c)
D: Small (2-3 oz) halibut filet with coconut cream  sauce/hazelnut sprinkle, broccoli
Water: 36 oz? yeah, low.
Vitamins: 1 multi down, B12, 1 multi to go
Attitude: otpimistic!

B: Homemade protein muffin (chocolate!)
S: Protein coffee
L: Fried calamari
S: Protein coffee
D: Homemade Italian sausage lasagna (w/ ricotta crepes instead of pasta)
S: ??? Maybe another protein muffin

Liquids and supplements - yep
Excercise - not tons, but walked all over campus and the dang library trying to locate some journal articles

Today was a good day!!!

B: Protein Shake (30)

D: Click w/Soy Milk (18)

Water: 2 liters
Exercise: 1 hour walk at lunch time
Vitamins: yes

Calories: 585
Protein: 81
Carbs: 27.5

Tomorrows goal is to increase water.

My carby body is really mad at me for cutting down to around 20-25 grams of carbs per day.....I had a touch of the atkins flu........Let's just say "never trust a fart"  Ha HA

I was soooooo hungry today, and down another pound!

B-Coffee, 2 squares of Gluten free crackers to help with nausea (atkins flu)

B-2 ounces of ground beef, 1/4 cup mushrooms

S-20 almonds

L-6 ounces of Fage yogurt with 1/2 scoop vanilla jay robb protein powder

S-2 ounces of asiago cheese, coffee

D-3 ounces of teryaki beef, 1/4 cup green beans

S-boiled egg, pat of butter

Calories=1057
carbs=24
fat=62 grams (yikes)
Protein=98

Vitamins-yes
water-yes
exercise-not cleared to excerise for 2 1/2 more weeks (post gallbladder surgery) sigh

Attitude-Hopeful that the scale is going to continue to move
