Hey Mikey, just a thought, have you increased your calorie intake recently? Just wondering because, to me, it seemed like my body would sit at a certain weight range (stall) but then if I increased my calories (in the form of protein) I would start losing again. Maybe your body has become comfortable with your calorie intake and you need to shake it up a bit?? Also if you are increasing your exercise your body may need more fuel. Just sharing what worked for me!!

I'm in a strange position. I'm not intentionally trying to loose any more weight. Therefore I'm not going out of my way to break this stall (if that's what it is). I was happy when I reached my goal. But then I dropped.
My Doctor said my body would know when to stop. Therefore I'm just along for the ride.
I'm just curious if i'll drop into onderland. If I did I wouldn't let myself go below 190.
It's been fun I actually hit 200.5 and then went back up again. Onderland is such a tease
Marie thinks I'll hit Onderland. Frisco thinks I'll settle out around 190.

I agree with Debbies strategy here, I know I've experienced the same thing. And I'm in the same boat as you. I really am not so much intentionally trying to lose, but it gives me a thrill when the number goes down. My husband, on the other hand, says he misses his chubby wife and thinks I'm getting bony. Men!
I'm only 5'2" so the 120's are reasonable for me.
