I know how you feel. I am very active, and currently at 112#, which I like, but don't want to drift down too much more...So I eat full fat cheeses, regular yogurt, nuts, and I eat about every 3 hours.

Just a note on the Bod Pod. I had my body fat tested with it and it's great for that. BUT, the metabolism part is still an ESTIMATE. To get a true reading on your resting metabolic rate you need to have a metabolic test assessment. Like the ones offered by New Leaf or a similar company.

Get the bite-sized snickers and take in a few extra calories! That stopped my continuing fall down the scale - hah!

Just don't like them too much. :)
