Return to ravenous hunger - Dealing with it?

Patty, you can usually find it in the front, but be warned, this is one of those things that people love or absolutely hate.  Buy just one pack, it's only 99 cents, and taste it.  It has only 60 calories in it and I am personally addicted to it, it's my drug of choice.  :)  But I know a lot of people that think I am a bit loony for liking it, so taste first.  It seems that those people that love sushi, love this, others not so much.  It's worth checking out next time you are in TJ's as it's not exactly a huge investment.

While I'm not addicted, I too love it.  I keep a package in my desk drawer and if the 3pm munchie**** I go for the seaweed.  I'm lucky that I can walk 1/2 mile to TJ's and get my fix whenever I want it.

Ms. Shell, I live 1/2 way between TJ's and a new Whole Foods.  I consider myself lucky!  Whole Foods is on my walk to work but they don't open until 8am so it's too late to pop in and get lunch from their hot or cold food bar.  Maybe that's a good thing!

Thanks Elina.  I hadn't considered acid as an issue at all.  I'm going to try to get my hands on some acid blockers.  It is possible it could also be hormonal.  Interestingly I do much worse mid cycle (around ovulation time) than in the week leading up to my period.

But vitamins and water are good.  Protein is good.  So I think I'll try to figure out the acid situation next.

Thanks for your help.

If its not an acid thing then up your protein by 10 g. It can really curb hunger and speed weight loss. Go back to a shake if you are off of them. You will get there. Diane
