Absolutely you belong here and congrats - you are our 400th group member. successful maintenance involves thinking ahead as you don't just wake up at goal and live happily ever after. its a daily process and we are all here to enable each other at any phase of this journey. so welcome and participate.   Diane

Ha, well lets see, the prize is you have to lose 400 lbs. or eat 400 seaweed chips that Elina likes. Gotta admit they don't do it for me.

So don't look for Ed McMahon to be bringing you a prize. Actually I guess he is dead.
