In reality, I likely have lost 100 from my heighest weight. Back when I weighed the most, I didnt own a scale.....what was the point? I figured I was doomed to be huge forever and didnt want to know what the scale said.
I have to think it was more than what my ticker indicates as the highest weight.
Regardless, I will always own a scale now!

I know what you mean about adjusting your goal weight.
I'm going to adjust my goal after I get to 140. I have it at 140 right now because it puts me at normal BMI. the top of it though at 24 BMI. Right now I am 27 BMI, overweight.
Having my goal at 140 makes it more reachable. Once there, I'm changing it to 130, which will put me at 22 BMI, which is the middle of normal,
I'm so proud of you for losing so much weight and getting into size 6!!! Size 6???? Holy cow you skinny little thing you! I'm in size 12.
I know what you mean about not having your head wrapped around your weight loss yet. Just last week I eyeballed a T-shirt at Walmart and bought it in 2X because I thought it would fit... It hung off my shoulders and half way down my back!!!!
First, yes, yes, yes, you belong and welcome to a great and supportive community. We love to have new members join us. I know what you mean about the head needing time to catch up with our physical size. It took me a full year before I was recognizing myself in the mirror or making being able to judge spaces to fit in. It is really something, to lose this fast. For what my two cents are worth, I say keep losing and don't stop until you are at the low end of normal. It is so easy right now to just keep going, it is not that easy to start up again after you stop. The pounds have a way of creeping back over the years, so give yourself a little room to grow, so to speak. That is what I would do.
