Took my son to a high ropes course then took the dogs for a long walk in the woods this evening while searching for morel mushrooms.

I never broke a sweat, but my legs are mighty stiff and sore right now.

That counts, right?

75 minute hike up in the hills.  I'm getting faster and keeping up more easily with my friend who seems to be able to sprint up the hills.

In the afternoon I swam and I'm about to go do some pilates stretches when I get off the computer.

Great day in the hot sun!

I did a kettle bell work out for the first time!  I learned of this thing at the No cal meet up yesterday  (thanks to Jeani) ..so I went and got it.  Love it  (well love and hate it!)  I did the video and it is really hard.  I have muscles hurting me that I didn't even know I had!!
