Life Long Maintenance Plan Goals:
1. Be more mindful and have a PLAN daily: Ok yall I posted!!
2. Starting Weight: 219.0 - Current Weight 214.8
3. Plan my meals accordingly: Today is Sunday so it's a figure it out day
4. Water: Drink a minimum of 100oz (3 Liters) a day
5. Exercise: Steps goals are 8,500 a day
6. Vitamins & Supplements: On target
30 Day No Weigh Challenge - Day 14
Total pounds lost after 1 week = 4.2
Total Inches Lost after 2 weeks = 5.25
Mission Statement:
I will weigh weekly only on Sundays - DONE
I will measure and take pictures every Sunday - Will do
Long Goals:
To fit BACK into my size 12s.
To reduce my waist to 38, my Hip/Butt to 45 and my Thigh to 24.
Thoughts
- Almost 1/2 way there...
- Yesterday overall was a GREAT day. I walked my 3 Miles for the March of Dimes, did some shopping with my girlfriend, then last night I ate some bread (gasp). Today we will have NONE of that...
- Today being Sunday I will be a couch potato MAYBE it's beautiful. I just got off the scale and measured, will take pictures later...not to many changes PHYSICALLY but MENTALLY is where I'm at.
Measurements as of Sunday May 1st
Weight = 214.8 (no change)
Neck = 14 (no change)
Breast at nipple line = 40 (no change)
Chest under breast = 36 (no change)
Waist = 41 (no change)
Hip/Butt = 49 (no change)
Thigh = 25.5 (-1.25)
Calf = 17 (no change)
Bicep = 14 (no change)
Wrist = 6.25 (no change)
Ankle = 9.5 (-.25)

I actually have wanted to weight myself more lately than I did when we started but I didn't because I said I wasn't going to.
I find if I keep my promises and mean what I say, then it's easier to trust myself. Because of this, I have been very careful not to rush into any new commitment. like I was thinking, I should say "no more eating while watching TV" but held off because I'm not sure I can stick to it. I feel it's been very helpful to mean what I say and not make promises to myself lightly.
