Ok I am gonna start this thread but being on the west coast it may be late for some of you. So anyone who wants to start it first go ahead.

Well I have done nothing today and will spend most of the day driving to Los Gatos so probably won't do anything useful. There. I confessed. It appears my new main exercise is playing Angry Birds on my husbands new i pad. geez thats addictive.

ya know, i have a friend who plays internet scrabble with me a lot. she actually set up a shelf on her treadmill so she could walk and play the scrabble on her laptop at the same time. Not a bad idea!   Diane

I'm 4 days post op My goal is to walk my condo courtyard 4 times today.   This weekend I am going to get out of the house but I am not sure where yet.  My only problem so far is that I have a LOT of pain where my Lap-Band port used to be sewn to my abs. That is really sore right now.

Walked to the coffee house this am which is about a mile. Getting ready to walk to the library which is about 3 miles. It's beautiful outside here in New Orleans, 65-70 degrees, so I'm inspired. Besides, I love to walk.

I did a killer Pilates Reformer class this morning.  I was still sore from the mat pilates class last night but pushed on.  I'm meeting my WLS buddies for a 5k walk this afternoon.  It's our standard walk that we do once or twice a week together.  I'm lucky to have a big lake right outside my door with a great 3.25 mile path around it.  Love it when the sun is shining!

I was LAZY today.  I worked my 8 at the hospital (yucky, pooy patients today!)  Did a lot of pulling and lifting there.  Came home, GRAZED, did not walk the dog.  Gardened.  That's it!

Walked 5 miles to kick my a$$ for some major poor choices I made today. Maybe I will think twice about putting CRAP in my mouth especially if I have to work this hard to make up for it!!
