Life Long Maintenance Plan Goals:  
1.  Be more mindful and have a PLAN daily:  Ok yall I posted!!
2.  Starting Weight
: 219.0
3.  Plan my meals accordingly:  Today is a good day
4.  Water: Drink a minimum of 100oz (3 Liters) a day
5.  Exercise: Steps goals are 10,500 a day
6.  Vitamins & Supplements:

30 Day No Weigh Challenge - Day 13
Total pounds lost after 1 week = 4.2
Total Inches Lost after week 1 = 3.75 


Mission Statement:
I will weigh weekly only on Sundays
I will measure and take pictures every Sunday


Long Goals:
To fit BACK into my size 12s. 
To reduce my waist to 38, my Hip/Butt to 45 and my Thigh to 24
.


Thoughts
- Last night I had a few to many peanuts and craisins but it's all good in the Long Run
- I was very proud of myself for getting in 4 Liters of water...I didn't make my 10,500 steps but I was pretty close (over 9,000).
- Today I'm about to go do the March of Dimes walk for babies.  3 miles so I have NO doubt I'll make up for yesterdays steps today =)

Saturday:  thought about weighing but didn't. it doesn't matter what the scale says, I know what I need to do.

Cardio:  30 minutes DONE by 7:30 AM

Resistive Ex:  coming up

plan:  keep to-do list DOable and when I am done, have some fun!

once upon a time I had a group to talk about Binge Eating Disorder, and later one about Clean Eating.
