Thoughts
- It was a long night.  I did allow myself the chips and salsa, and one margarita.  I really WANTED to get another but I didn't.
- I was very proud of myself because I didn't order the tortillas that came with the meal and while I forget to say extra beans no rice I didn't box of the rice to bring home.  All in all a good night.
- I exceeded my steps goal for yesterday.  Hit over 12,000 steps again for the 3rd day in a row.  Looks like I might have to KEEP that number and keep steppin'

- I'm much better mentally today, so far.  Yesterday was just HARD and exhausting...but I've learned and am learning throughout this journey that feeling your emotions and not running from them or feeding them is HARD work...the hardest part so far...but in the end SOOOO worth it.  I'm WORTH it...

Thanks for taking this job Ms. Shell. You are a vsg hero to all.

My goals are to go a month at a time staying at or below 125 lbs. So far so good. And to keep doing this until I get to a year at goal. and then two years. so i kind of treat it like weight loss phase except i eat more. Somehow if i keep all my habits from weight loss phase only with about 700 more calories per day, it seems to work. Dunno if I can do it forever - thats why its one day, week and month at a time.

You are super for doing all those steps - girlfriend do you ever sit down?

Yeah I MUST keep it going because it's helping me to focus on NOT weighing everyday!!

NO...lol...since I got my new pedometer at the END of the day I MUST see all those steps.  Right now I'm upset that I "only" have 3200 lol...gonna get up after posting =)

good for you for keeping it down to one margarita, that can be hard!

today;  didn't weight, not going to, concentrating on not overdo-ing coffee this afternoon and then doing one of my hypnosis CDs after work or at least before bed. I find less TV makes it easier not to eat extra. duh, huh?

once upon a time I had a group to talk about Binge Eating Disorder, and later one about Clean Eating.

PM me if you are interested in either of these.
