my advice is follow what you have been told and you probably wont go wrong, by keeping inline with your fat, your protein, and your sugars you probably dont have to worry about calories because monitoring everything else would keep them in line..

you can change your diet untill your stable by cutting back or adding until you dont seem to lose or gain...

If sodium is not a issue for you then i dont see a prob with your lean cusine.....

I think the most important thing i have learned since surgery is everyone needs to do what works for them...

if eating bread does not cause you to have cravings then continue to eat your bread.. If the lean cuisine does not cause you to hold water then keep eating them... if your nuts are working for you and you are not gaining then continue to eat them..  if you do gain you can cut them down a bit..

i can eat bread, when i do its the 1/2 of a sandwhich thin with pb but i find that is a meal and then im not getting in all my protein.. I then end up going back to protein only meals haha...
but if what your doing is working then dont fix whats not broken lol...

Anybody here use PB 2 for a replacement for regular peanut butter?  I just met with my dietician for my three month check and she said nuts and peanut butter are so high in fat and calories that PB2 is a better alternative.  She also suggested soy nuts.
