VSG on 09/20/10 with
3 1/2 miles ducking raindrops and lighning bolts!  You KNOW I was moving fast!
Highest weight ever recorded: 224lbs.    Surgery weight: 194 lbs.
Goal range:  130-135 lbs.
  Lowest:119.7   Current weight 142lbs Height: 5' 2" almost

Yesterday I DID it...my goal was 12,000 steps and when I got home I was a far cry from it and it was almost Midnight (when my pedometer resets itself).  So instead of just going up to bed.  I strapped on my shoes, grabbed the dog and took him for a walk.  I made my 12,000 step goal!!

Today I will walk 10,500 steps (my daily goal for this week)
Today I will walk down 9 flights of stairs
Today I will walk up 9 flight of stairs
Today I will do 30 wall push ups

well today i actually went for my walk and did some exercises with kettlebell will try to keep it up. the weather has not been the greatest..
