xpost - Whatcha eating today VSGers? Thursday...

You know how you just have ONE of those moments of raw painful emotion that hit you and you lose all time and space...well I'm in the midst of one of those moments and I truly want to just curl up in a ball and cry my way through it.  It doesn't help that I think I hurt a really good OH friends feelings but not chosing my words right.  Not gonna happen when I have to work for a living.  Not gonna happen when I have a stupid fundraiser that I'm HOSTING tonight so I have to dig deep and find my normally bubbly self.  I will say THIS emotion I would think (as most emotions do) would cause me to want to eat or self medicate or whatever...but I don't want to eat...not sure if this is a good thing or bad thing or just is...so for now just is...I have food "planned" so I'll muddle through the day ONLY to make sure I don't binge tonight at the fundraiser.  

LND:  Sunflower seeds
LNS:  Peanuts & Craisins (about 2 oz each)

B:  Apple
S:  String Cheese (also just finished an Apple Jolly Rancher)
L:  TJ Chicken Skewer
S:  ??
D:  Fajitas; Chips & Salsa
S:  ??

Water:  Goal 100oz (40oz so far)
Steps:  Goal 10,500 (3,000 so far)
Exercise:  Walk down 9 flights of stairs before lunch; Walk up them when I return from my walk)
Attitude:  Sad...

AAWW...so sorry your going through a tough patch.  Hopefully, your OH friend will realize you meant no harm.....

Be careful tonight.  It sounds like there will be temptation everywhere...

B-Coffee, cream and splenda
B2-2 slices of gluten free toast with butter, an ounce of Asiago cheese

3:30 slump -4 squares of chocolate, coffee, cream and splenda

L-Chicken burger, 2 TBSP onion, 1/3 cup od refried beans tooped with cheddar cheese
S-almonds

D-4 ounces chicken breast tenderloin

Calories-1155

protein-75

Breakfast: Instant Grits and boiled egg
Snack: honeydew melon and cantaloupe with honey
Snack: 1 oz dry roasted peanuts
Lunch:1/2 cup chicken salad with strawberries, apples, pecan and 5 whole wheat saletine crackers
Snack: TLC Crunchy granola bar
Snack: Nonfat strawberry greek yogurt
Snack: 1 serving smoked almonds
Dinner: grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup

Calories 1400 Protein 80 Fat 75

I know it seems like a lot, but the only way I can get my calories in is to eat every 2 to 3 hours. I am training for a 10k and I am at a point that I don't need to lose anymore weight. So, to maintain my weight I have to pretty much eat all the time.

i'm packing for my trip,  taking a week off to go to the meet and greet then on to sf to visit a few days with my sister,  haven't seen them since before my surgery so should be fun and can't wait to see their reaction to the new me  lol   then heading back home but stopping off to spend a couple of days with my daughter,  we will celebrate mother's day on sat,  then home next sunday to be ready to work on monday and watch all the wedding stuff i have dvrd
