sounds like a plan. i eat a big old blob of peanut butter every night! maybe need more. amy had said to have an extra protein drink (blech) and to switch to 1% milk. i did that some but have cholesterol issues that dr. c got wigged out about (not that bad) so trying to limit dairy fat to the stuff i really like . have some avocados here now and will eat tonight. i am just so sure those pounds will come sneaking back that i hate to do anything drastic. diane
You know I have the same fear, but the pounds wont just all jump back at once, we would have plenty of warning first. So I think it is important to stabilize now and avocados are great for that. I would also start using more full fat everything. Not too much, just another 100-150 cal. a day. That would be my plan, but see what the new NUT says.
