Have I told yall lately...that I love yall?  So everyday I'm getting stronger and stronger in my resolve to not only RETURN to the 190s but to get to my goal of 180.  Could be inspired by the fact that my plastic surgeon called and wants to see me for a follow up?  Ha doesn't he know I'm in the process of losing the pounds I gained post 2nd round...how dare he want to see me NOW.   Well  my appointment isn't until June 3rd and I'm gonna rock, lol.

LND:  Popeyes 2 piece for 99 cent...love that chicken from popeyes

B:  Coffee
S:  Boiled Egg; Fugi Apple
L:  TJ Chicken Skewer; 1/2 cup cole slaw
S:  ??
D:  Some lettuce wrapped burger from Carl's Jr.
S:  ??

Water:  Goal another 135oz = 4 Liters (over 50oz)
Steps:  Over 12,000 (done it 2 days in a row)
Exercise:  Probably None
Attitude:  Hmmm lemme think on that, lol

breakfast protein shake- I mixed Jay Robb Pinya Coloda with Bsn banana pudding and it was
delicious!

Lunch ham and cheese rollsups

dinner will not be good. I have a dinner date and it will be Mexican and I do plan to eat a few chips.
I'll make up for it tomorrow by eating right and doing extra cardio!

I know you can get back into the 190's, then to your goal!!!!!  Your appt. isn't till June 3rd, so you have time to kick some pounds to the curb!!! giddy up!

B1-coffee, splenda and cream
B-2 pieces Of Rudy's gluten free toast with butter

L- 6 ounces of refried beans topped with cheddar cheese

3:30 PM slump-coffee and a gluten free donut

D-4 ounces of teriyaki beef (kabobs on the grill) I am on a kabob kick.  I think there should be more meat on sticks!

S-2 ounces teriyaki beef
