Brisk walk  of 4 miles.

Day 9 of 30 Day Challenge - Increase Daily:  Not Done, hurt my neck & back...  -  (numbers in brackets are from other days)
-  Sit Ups - (5) (6) (7) (8) (9)
-  Knee Push Ups - (4) (5) (6) (7) (8)
-  Leg Raises - (27) (34) (40) (46) (49) per leg total (front, back, side)

- Today I will get in 12,000 steps (just because I was able to do it yesterday)
- Today I will do 30 Wall Push Ups
- Today I will do 30 Sit Ups

I did about a 2 mile walk through a bird migration area down at the Jersey Shore.  Beautiful day.  Sunburned
Highest weight ever recorded: 224lbs.    Surgery weight: 194 lbs.
Goal range:  130-135 lbs.
  Lowest:119.7   Current weight 142lbs Height: 5' 2" almost

PM - 4 mile walk (1 brisk, 2 power, 1 cool down)

Changed our walk up a little and there are more inclines, my gluts are killing me but as they say no pain, no gain! LOL!
